BEGINNERS' AND NEWCOMERS' CLASS
NEXT CLASS IN GUILDFORD: On Sunday 29th May 1pm-4pm at The Spike community centre, Warren Road, Guildford. For directions and map see the 'Getting there' page' on this website. No fee. Bring family and friends.
So that we can plan, let us know at info@newbuddhaway.org if you wish to attend. We respond to demand - so let us know if you are interested in a class.
* No prior knowledge is required, and no need to bring anything.
* The core of the Buddha's teaching will be explained with short exercises in meditation and posture.
* No technical terms, only English language, simple approach.
* There is a time for questions and discussion.
* There will be a 15 minute tea-break; drinks and biscuits provided.
* You are not required to sit on a cushion unless you wish to.
* Suitable for all age groups. People from 14 years to 84 have attended in the past.
The class is free, to but to help us pay for the venue a donation is appreciated.
